Somali Ambassador to China Attends High-Level Meeting on Xinjiang’s Development

Beijing, China (LM) Ambassador Hodan Osman Abdi, the Somali Ambassador to China, participated in a high-level meeting in Beijing, organized by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the Xinjiang Regional Government. The meeting took place during the Eid al-Fitr holiday and focused on presenting the comprehensive development of Xinjiang.

Key discussions highlighted advancements in the region’s economy, social progress, and the various promotion policies implemented by the Chinese government. Detailed reports on annual economic growth, infrastructure projects, and development initiatives were shared, showcasing the strides made in Xinjiang.

Ambassador Hodan expressed her appreciation for the tangible achievements in the region, emphasizing the significance of understanding the diverse conditions across China to enhance bilateral relations.
