Prime Minister Hamsa Meets with Sanaag Region Leaders

Mogadishu (LM) The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mr. Hamsa Abdi Barre, held an important meeting with representatives from various sectors of society in the Sanaag Region. This gathering is part of his ongoing peace and unity tour in Lascaanod, the capital of the SSC-Khaatumo Administration.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Barre emphasized the urgent need to strengthen peace, unity, and social integration within the region. He called for collective efforts towards reconciliation and highlighted the importance of uniting against the threats posed by the Khawarij.
Listening attentively to advice from local elders and intellectuals, Mr. Hamsa underscored the necessity of collaboration in building a stable Somali state. He stated, “These meetings with different segments of our society are crucial for implementing full unity in our country. Together, we can work towards enhancing security and fostering development.”
The Prime Minister’s tour aims to engage with communities, gather insights, and foster dialogue that will contribute to national cohesion and progress. He reiterated that the strength of Somalia lies in its unity and collective effort towards common goals.
