We Stay Strong: Las Anod for Peace and Unity

The Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Somalia, Mr. Hamse Abdi Barre, arrived today in Las Anod, the capital of the Sool region, on a significant Peace and Unity trip. He was warmly welcomed at the airport by the leader of the SSC-Khaatumo Administration, Mr. Abdukadir Ahmed Aw-Ali, along with various officials.

This visit marks a historic moment, as Prime Minister Hamse is the first Somali prime minister to visit the SSC-Khaatumo areas, particularly Lascaanod, since the collapse of the previous government. The arrival of the Prime Minister has sparked joy and hope among the local population.

During his historic visit to Las Anod, the Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mr. Hamse Abdi Barre, emphasized the importance of peace and unity for the region. Addressing the community, he stated, “We stay strong: Las Anod for peace and unity.”
