Ambassador Hodan Osman Participates in International Symposium on Multilateral Cooperation
Beijing, China – Mss Hodan Osman Abdi, the Ambassador of Somalia to China, participated in a significant panel discussion titled “Strengthening Multilateral Cooperation for Global Challenges” during the International Symposium on Strengthening the Role of the United Nations and Promoting Multilateralism, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).
In her remarks, Ambassador Osman emphasized the urgent need for predictable partnerships amid ongoing global uncertainties. She explored practical pathways to reinvigorate UN-led multilateral frameworks, highlighting the importance of collective action in addressing pressing global issues.
“The exchange of perspectives during this symposium reaffirmed that inclusive cooperation is our most effective tool for tackling shared challenges,” Osman stated. “As nations face unprecedented hurdles, it is vital that we strengthen our commitments to multilateralism and work collaboratively to find sustainable solutions.”
